These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of infosecrelations.com and the Offensive Engineering newsletter published at offensive.infosecrelations.com (collectively, "the Service"). The Service is operated by Ebenworks Private Limited (CIN: U62099DL2026PTC461045), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered in New Delhi, India.

By accessing the website or subscribing to any of our newsletters, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.


The Service

InfoSec Relations is an analytical publication covering the intersection of cybersecurity and geopolitics. We publish long-form analysis, expert commentary, and practitioner interviews across our website and newsletter platforms. The Service is intended for professional and research audiences and is not designed for general consumer use.

Access to the website is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription tiers at a future date, at which point additional terms will apply to paid access.


Intellectual Property

All content published on infosecrelations.com and in our newsletters, including articles, analysis, interview transcripts, graphics, visual assets, the InfoSec Relations name, and the Anchi mascot, is the intellectual property of Ebenworks Private Limited or of the respective contributors who have licensed their work to us, and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright law.

You may share links to our content freely. You may quote brief excerpts from our articles for the purposes of commentary, criticism, or education, provided that you clearly attribute the quote to InfoSec Relations with a direct link to the original piece. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any substantial portion of our content without prior written permission from Ebenworks Private Limited. Guest contributors and interview subjects retain ownership of their underlying ideas and analysis. By contributing to InfoSec Relations, contributors grant Ebenworks Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, archive, and distribute their contributions across our platforms.


Permitted Use

You may access and read the Service for personal, professional, research, and educational purposes. You may share links to our content on professional networks and in internal communications. You may cite our published analysis in academic or policy work with appropriate attribution.


Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service in any of the following ways.

You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the website for the purpose of building competing products or training machine learning models without prior written consent from Ebenworks Private Limited.

You may not reproduce or republish our content in full on any third-party platform, including social media, aggregation sites, or internal knowledge bases, without explicit permission.

Newsletter Subscription

When you subscribe to our newsletters, you are agreeing to receive editorial content from Ebenworks Private Limited via email. We will not use your email address to send unsolicited commercial communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email edition. Managing your subscription, including updating your email address or adjusting delivery preferences, is handled through both Ghost and Substack's subscriber interface.


Our content regularly cites and links to external sources, including government reports, academic research, and third-party publications. These links are provided for informational and attribution purposes.
